Technyl® polyamide grades are used throughout the automotive industry to manufacture components such as coils, connectors, relays, steering switches, ignition systems, and electronic central units. 
 
Optimal balance of mechanical properties and flammability performance
Polyamide has demonstrated its effectiveness for a broad spectrum of in-vehicle applications, as it supports complex formulations to achieve the desired strength, color, and molding behavior for demanding applications. 
 
Halogen-free grades 
Selected Technyl® grades provide heat stabilization with halogen-free formulation, further contributing to system performance while reducing the risk of electronic corrosion. 
 
Laser marking
The Technyl® range offers specific grades, notably Technyl®A 216T V33, for parts such as engine injectors that require laser marking. 
 
Overmolding 
Thanks to their high flowability, Technyl® grades are perfectly suited for overmolding bobbins without damaging coil wiring.
