Technyl® Sinterline® participated at Inside 3D Printing series (Mumbai Edition)

Early of December, the Technyl® Indian team participated to Inside 3D Printing in Mumbai. Inside 3D Printing is the premier series of professional 3D printing and additive manufacturing events hold worldwide.

According to Boston Consulting Group, there is an enormous interest in 3D printing worldwide. Indeed, the additive manufacturing market has been estimated at US $5 billion in 2015, and should grow at an annual rate of 30% until 2020. This sentiment is shared in India where over 1,900 visitors packed into two halls of the Nehru Center, Mumbai, to get the latest insights into India’s 3D printing industry. Inside 3D Printing hosted a line-up of conferences led by industry experts, and featured demonstrations of the latest 3D printers and programming services for designers, professionals, and manufacturers. The event provided visitors with three knowledge sharing tracts: manufacturing, metal additive manufacturing and healthcare.

The conference opened with a double keynote from Autodesk and HP which provided the audience with global insights into the state of the industry. Soumya Mishra, New Business Development Manager of Solvay Performance Polyamides India, presented Sinterline® PA6 powders for 3D Printing and Part Test Solutions. Mr. Mishra presented the technical details and benefits of Sinterline® applications and featured case studies of customers that use Sinterline® Technyl® Powders for manufacturing. Participants discovered our latest applications and products exhibited in the new Materials Pavilion, a dedicated space for material suppliers to showcase their solutions.

Jitender Bharihoke, General Manager for Solvay Performance Polyamides India expressed the appreciation on the success of the exhibition and determination on generating more business in 3D functional printing industry.
